To access the International Pesticide Registration search, click on the blue International Pesticide Registration button from the home page.
Searching by Country

The International Pesticide Registration search allows a search for pesticide registration data by country.Clicking on this blue bar from the home page links to the top-level Country Search page. The map provides an overview of the data availability for all countries. Clicking on any of the green buttons for a particular region provides a list of countries in that region and the data availability for each country. Click on any country to show a list of registered, banned, restricted chemicals for that country. Note that we do not have registration data for all countries. See the international registration pesticide tutorial page for more information about where the data originate and what they mean.

Clicking on the name of a chemical takes you to the detailed chemical registration information and shows the registration/banned/restricted status of that pesticide across the countries for which data are available. The 'Notes' field provides any additional information we may have from the data sources and also provides the references. Data sources and dates when the data were known to be current are provided in the 'References' section of the page.

You can print this list or export it to another data processing program such as Microsoft Excel or Access.

Only 100 chemicals are displayed on a page. Often there will be more than 100 results. To view the next set, click on the Next button at either the top or the bottom of the page.

Searching by Chemical

In addition to searching for registration data by country, it is possible to view registration data for a specific chemical. To do this, first find the chemical you are interested in using the chemical search page. Search for the chemical you are interested in and go to the chemical detail page by clicking on 'More Info'. One of the sections on this page presents regulatory data. Click on 'Worldwide registration' in this section to view detailed registration data for that chemical.
