Symptoms of Coconut diethanolamide Exposure

- Skin irritation, skin dryness, and contact dermatitis.
- Mild eye irritation is common.
- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
- Dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities, most notably hypochloremic metabolic acidosis.
- Upper airway edema and considerable respiratory distress.
- Ingestion may result in oral and esophageal burns.
